- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order. Exchanges are accepted within 72 hours of receiving the order.

- Customers are required to provide photos of the product along with their order number, city, and delivery address in case the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- If the product received is completely different from the item displayed on our website, a full refund will be issued.
- We are not responsible for expectations regarding product usage that were not mentioned in the product description on our website.
- If the customer wishes to return a product that has no defects or issues, a deduction of 30% of the order value will apply to the refund amount.
- Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
